Today I took the Expos-1.5 at +185 and the Phillies-1.5 at +150, balanced the action for a return above 30%. Peculiarly the Expos won 8-1.
Is this a value bet, since such bets normally seem to yield 14-16%, or was I lucky since the 1 run difference was more likely than usual?
